Stephen's obituary
It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Stephen D. Wolter. Stephen was born on February 22, 1971, and sadly, left us too soon on September 18, 2024. His absence leaves an irreplaceable void in the lives of all who knew him.
Stephen is survived by his loving children, Abby Wanner (Nikki), Aiden Wolter (Kelsey) Cody Wolter (Taylynn), Stevie Monroe Marie Wolter, Grandchildren, Tashon, Jayden, Carter, Mia, Zoey, and Aniyah, his parents, Gayle and Richard Parks, sister, Lisa Wolter (Patrick), brother, John Wolter (Lisa). He is predeceased by his father, John B. Wolter. Together they shared many memories, each one a testament to their strong familial bond. The relationship they maintained was something truly special and will be cherished in remembrance.
Stephen was a man of many wonderful attributes. His personality was alluring, marked by his charming demeanor, witty humor, and, above all, his kindness. He had the ability to light up any room with his humor and could bring a smile to anyone's face, regardless of the situation.
Stephen was also a man filled with wisdom. His life was a testament to his belief that the essence of living is in giving. He constantly reminded us to give to others, even when we may not have enough for ourselves. This was a testament to his generosity and selflessness, qualities that were truly the pillars of his character.
Stephen leaves behind a legacy of kindness and generosity. He was always there to lend a helping hand and thoughtfully took care of those in need. His acts of kindness will forever be etched in our hearts and he will continue to live on through the countless lives he touched.

Stephen’s presence will be sorely missed by his family, friends, and all those lucky enough to have known him. His spirit, filled with laughter and kindness, shall continue to live within us, reminding us of the love he spread and the lessons he taught us.
