I was saddened when I heard the news of Ben's passing. My memories of Ben are of someone who was consistently helpful, full of energy, exceptionally intelligent, and profoundly empathetic. He left an indelible mark on those around him, and his loss is indeed a heavy one. May God comfort his family and grant him eternal peace and rest.

Dr Walsh diagnosed me in 2015 and stopped my kidneys from crashing to a standstill from sarcoidosis. He treated me ever since and our clinic time became less about eGFR and serum ACE and more about lefty politics and pictures of Silas. I cannot believe he was still treating me in Feb and March '24, making sure my treatment transfer from the Homerton had happened. Devastated at this loss and deepest condolences to his family and friends.

Dr Walsh was my husbands consultant for over 15 years. I truly believe without this amazing man my husband would not be here today. He diagnosed my husband after years of no answers and cared for him well. We are both so saddened by this news and thoughts are with his family. Thank you for everything.
