Stephen Travis (Steve) Tuttle, 68, of West Des Moines, Iowa, passed away on December 27, 2024, after a long illness.
Steve was born on November 20, 1956, to Oliver K. Tuttle, Sr., and Rachel R. (née Stone) Tuttle in Newport, Rhode Island. With his father in the US Navy, Steve spent the first several years of his life with his family traveling from one naval station to another on the East Coast. Following his father’s …
