Stephen Blaine Triggs, 75, of Frisco, Texas, passed into eternity on July 9th 2023 after a 3 year battle with MDs- Leukemia.
Stephen was born on July 21st, 1947 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Howard and Ruby Westbury Triggs. He was the oldest of 4 children. In 1964, he joined the US Army at the age of 17 and in 1966 was stationed in Germany where he met his former spouse Ilka Merg Triggs. Together they …
