Background
Dad was a big believer in education. He always challenged us as his kids to do our best and to strive for more. A way he supported us in that was by dedicating a huge part of his life to serve the Chisum Public School District. He served for over 13 years working to serve the amazing administration and educators at Chisum ISD. The CHIPS Scholarship Fund is a dedicated fund for Chisum ISD graduating seniors to use for their continued education. It would have meant a lot to him and now to us to continue his vision to support education in his local community and our alma mater. The family would ask for any gifts given in this time be a donation to the Chisum CHIPS Scholarship Fund.
