Stephen Dowell, 79, of Gaithersburg, MD, a devoted father, grandfather, veteran, and lifelong servant of faith and community, passed away peacefully on July 9, 2025.
Born in Silver Spring, Maryland, in 1946, Stephen was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Juliet, and his cherished parents, Jim and Elanor.
