Please accept my deepest condolences. I was one of Steve's roommates in Slippery Rock. Good old Apt 45 and Phi Sig Fraternity!

We shared a lot of wonderful memories at Slippery Rock and a lot of craziness too. You will be missed Steve, God Bless!

My deepest condolences to Steve's family and all who mourn his passing.  His loss is immeasurable.  We met at PITT over 30 years ago and he became one of my closest friends.  I looked up to him like a big brother.  I have so many treasured memories of our times together, especially watching March Madness, live blues on Carson Street in Pittsburgh, vacations on Put-In Bay, visiting him in Coconut Grove, and so many more.  Steve was always there for his friends and family.  He always put others first.  I learned so much from him and will carry him in my heart always.  Rest in peace, Steve.

  Love,

When I was young I had an obsession with horses and I collected Breyer Horses. They were not cheap but I loved them and would ask for them at every Christmas and birthday.  I remember wanting a specific horse that I couldn’t buy and my uncle Steve finding it on Ebay. I remember us bidding over and over again to try to win the horses on eBay. He was selfless and loved his nieces and nephews so much. We love and miss you Steve!
