Stephen L. Beller, 72, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2019. Stephen was born July 17, 1947 in Los Angeles, California to the late Merl and Estelle (Ward) Beller. He grew up in the communities of Norwalk, California and Buckeye, Arizona. Stephen settled in Black Canyon City, Arizona in 1970 where he remained until his death. Stephen became an accomplished welder at Precise Metal Products in Phoenix, Arizona where he was employed, until retirement, working …
