Stephanie never missed Alvin …
2023, Fox Theatre, Peachtree Street Northeast, Atlanta, GA, USA
Stephanie never missed Alvin Ailey in February
Brandon, Aaron and Steven, there are no adequate words to express our thoughts and feelings at this moment. Your mom was a great woman of faith, so we pray that your faith will be strengthened during this time and that you will be comforted by the legacy and memories Stephanie leaves in the Atlanta Community and especially her South Cobb Family (Austell, Smyrna, Mableton, Powder Springs... and beyond).  Please know Mr. Roberson and I are praying for you and know that you are not alone.

Words cannot express the relationship I’ve had with Sister Stephanie over the years. I am deeply saddened by her loss. What sister Stephanie meant to my family cannot be placed into words. She watched over us while my father was away and gave us structure and support. She gave my mother a safe place that she could commune and grow. She built a community for my older sister Jayda. She pushed my other sister Kai in ways only she could. And she fostered natured and supported my brothers talents. I could go on and on about the impact she has had on my life. From talks about School, from Sunday school lessons, to learning about financial lessons. Sister Stephanie has been a key contributor to everything I’ve done in my life so far. I am eternally grateful for gift of Sister Stephanie’s life and ministry. She was a servant at heart. A shining example of how you should push yourself to grow.

Thank you Brandon, Aaron and Stephen for sharing your mother with us. Our lives will be forever altered because she came into it.

To the family of Sister Stephanie. She was always sweet and kind to me. She always greeted me with a beautiful smile and hug. Her love for everyone came through her smile. Love love you dearly. Donna Broughton
Stephanie you mean so much to me more than I can truly put into words. The impact you’ve had on my life is beyond anything I can fully express. You’ve shaped me into a different person; the way I think, the way I connect with people—so much of that has changed because of you.
There’s so much I want to say that it feels endless, like there’s no full stop to it. More than anything, I wish I could just hug you and tell you all of this in person.
I miss your presence every single moment.
Deepest condolences to the family. Prayers up.  🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I remember her always so happy and cheerful at work! She always made sure to connect with people and radiated joy.

She had the funniest comments at times. Once, I can't exactly remember how the conversation was going, but she mentioned that she doesn't get when people say "hey", it sounds like neighing, just like a horse, and that in proper English, she only says hi.  Made me laugh so hard! Little did she know, I say hey a lot! I think of her every time I say it, which is multiple times a day.

I'm going to miss bumping into her in the office, having those little conversations and feeling her energy fill the room. She sure will be missed.

Praying for you in your Loss There will be things that trigger tears and things that bring laughter…..things that you never expected…but they’ll gently remind you of all the wonderful details that made life with your Mother such a precious gift. May God hold you close to his heart, where He can feel your deepest loss and fill you with His deepest love
Keeping you all in my prayers! I’m saddened to hear this news! Jackie H

I’m grateful for having crossed paths with Ms. Stephanie. From day one, she showed so much care, compassion and love to me. She was so welcoming and  gave freely of her time and talents.

I always called her my fairy god-Auntie, and I’m blessed that she befriended me and always, always made time to speak life into me and fully embodied her values and faith.

Brandon, Aaron, and Steven, your Mom was so proud of each of you and she beamed whenever she spoke about you three.  I know the wonderful men you are is her greatest joy and she’s always with you. Knowing her is a blessing and her memory will continue to bless each and everyone in her orbit. I love y’all.

I am so sorry for your loss. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Stephanie, and our entire Invesco family is deeply saddened by her passing. Stephanie brought an upbeat and optimistic spirit to everything she did, and she approached her work with genuine passion and care. She was a tremendous teammate and a source of positivity for all of us. She will be deeply missed. As a team, we are committed to working hard, leading with passion, and caring for one another. It is the best way we know to honor Stephanie and the impact she had on all of us.

There are not enough words to express the feelings we have for the entire Valentine family. What started back in 1988, when we built our first home, soon became families united as neighbors and friends for a lifetime. Stephanie raised three wonderful, amazing young men right across from us, alone as a single Mother. She inspired me each and every day with her passion for her sons. We had girls so Brandon, Aaron and Steven were always the sons we never had. Stephanie was so very proud of the paths they have taken in their own lives and the young men they have become. The example of their love for their Mother in last year has been beyond impressive. They poured everything Stephanie had given them right back into her well being.   Stephanie has been a blessing to many, many people. For us we were blessed beyond measure to have known her and her precious family. Odessa and Abigail were also part of our family as well. Christmas days would not have been the same without Abigail and our sons sharing in the fun and enjoyment of the season. Forever in our hearts, forever in our precious memories, fly high sweet Stephanie. Job well done great and faithful servant, job well done. No more pain, now dancing with the angels and shining bright with your most beautiful smile. Gone from our presence but never from our hearts. Our deepest sympathies to all of Stephanie's beloved family.
