It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Stephanie Ann Kramer, who departed from this life on August 6, 2023. Stephanie was born on February 16, 1949 in Fall River, Massachusetts. She was brought into the world by her parents, Elmer and Margaret McNamara, who precede her in death. 

Stephanie grew up in Bristol, Rhode Island and was a proud graduate of the Bristol High School class of 1967. She furthered her education at University of Rhode Island where she graduated in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Her education became a springboard for various ventures, including being an elementary school teacher as well as customer service and sales for communication and financial companies. 

In 1973, Stephanie married Bruce C. Kramer. Though she got divorced in 1992, she considered this a significant chapter of her life and had her three children whom she loved dearly. 

Stephanie was a devoted mother to her children. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Kramer-dela Cruz. She was predeceased by her sons, Bruce K. Kramer and Neal A. Kramer. Stephanie was also a beloved mother-in-law to Rolando dela Cruz, Jennifer's husband.

Stephanie is also survived by her sister, Lynel Cote, and brother-in-law, Paul Cote, as well as her niece, Nicole Burns, and nephew, Michael Cote. 

Stephanie's resilience, nurturing spirit, and her love for her family and friends will be sorely missed. Her memories will be cherished and will continue to inspire and guide us. 

We will have a small service in Maryland with immediate family and appreciate everyone's love and support. Please post your favorite memories on this memorial site.
