Step, departed this life on April 21, 2021. He was the last child born to Irene Butler Lloyd and Willie Brown. He was preceeded in death by his parents and sister (Denise Butler). Stephan was passionate about his family. He was a character like none other. He had a gregarious personality and was the life of the party. Steph was always a follower of Christ.
