Stella Ann Armstrong 66 yr old she had a long battle with health issues with dyalise and heart problems she passed away Oct 19 2019 at port orchard life care center after just 9 days of being there .. she will be missed beyond words she was amazing lady loved by all , her son William valley ,her daughter sandy veach ,granddaughters Ashley blackwell, hailey maule, Madison maule , will miss her sooo much love you mom..
