Stanley's obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Stanley C Palmer, a beloved father, grandfather ,husband, brother and friend. Stanley was born on April 8, 1953, and left us on June 11, 2025, leaving a void in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Stanley is survived by his loving wife, Stella Palmer with step son Jesse Gomez. His legacy will live on through his two wonderful daughters, Erin Blass (Nathan) and Amy Turner (Yancy). His grandchildren Kylie(Kody), Destiny, Skyler, Abbie, Josiah, and Braxton and great grandson Mason. He was predeceased in death by his parents, Merrill and Gloria Palmer, who nurtured his compassionate spirit and love for life in his early years. Brother and Best friend Jim Palmer.
Stanley was an ardent supporter of BYU, and would often be found cheering for his favorite sports team with the same infectious enthusiasm that he brought into every aspect of his life. His love for musical performances, particularly the Sound of Music, was a joy that he often shared with those around him. He burst into song frequently, lighting up any room with his contagious smile.
His commitment to the things he cared about was evident in his passion for his family. His children and grandchildren were his greatest accomplishments and the joy from his love for them will echo for years to come. Stanley was a man with a big heart, whose love was felt by many. He was both loving and funny, a beacon of positivity to all.
Stanley will be remembered for his vibrant personality and his enduring love for his family. His life was one of warmth, laughter, and song. He will be tremendously missed, leaving behind a legacy of love and family. As we grieve our loss, we also celebrate the joy and laughter he brought into our lives. Rest in peace, Dad.
A Memorial service for Stanley will be held at 6:30 PM on June 28, 2025, at 56 S 400 E St. Lindon Utah. All who knew and loved him are welcome to attend and celebrate the life of a man who touched so many.
