Stanley C. Light Jr was born on February 9, 1949, in Wilmington, Delaware. He was the son of the late Stanley Cledice Light Sr and Ethel Elizabeth Maddy-Light. He grew up in Wilmington, Delaware, spending many summers on his Grandma & Grandpa Lewis's farm, terrorizing the chickens & pigs.
