Stacy Lynn Collins was born in Smithville, Missouri to Charles and Shirley (Fox) Collins on November 20, 1969. He was the youngest of four. His siblings say he was spoiled and ornery from the day he was born.
Their family moved to Stockton when Stacy was in high school. He was supposed to graduate in 1988, but he was suspended from school for starting a fire in the bathroom. He denied it his whole life, …
