Sophia Rudowski gained her angel wings on October 21, 2022 at her home in Hamtramck, MI. Sophia was 98 years old.

Sophia's life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were Blessed to be touched by her understand that her existence and the imprint She left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that She stayed here.
Sophia was talented and adventurous in many aspects of her life. She was a master of crocheting, an avid quilter, and an amazing singer. When Sophia wasn't working on a new quilt or scarf, she could be found in church, singing God'spraises.. Not a day went by where Sophia didn't talk about how much her children and family meant to her -- her family was arguably her most important achievement in life.

Sophia is survived by daughters Adrienne and Adale and her sons, Thomas and Robert.  As well as her grandsons Michael,  Charles, David, and James, and granddaughters  Mary, Michelle, and Cynthia,  and countless friends. Sophia was predeceased by her husband,  Ralph.   Services  will be held at St.Florian in Hamtramck  November on Sunday 6th at 10am.    In lieu of flowers, please consider making a contribution to Children's Hospital, an organization Sophia cared for.
