Transitions Lifecare, a not-for-profit that assists individuals and their families dealing with life-changing illnesses. They advocated for Simone during her final days and have assisted Josh during this difficult time by providing complimentary grief counseling and by helping him navigate challenging discussions with Aiden.

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Simone had a rare and aggressive form of cancer which made it difficult to treat, but the team at MSK did everything they could to assist her. Tremendous strides have been made in cancer treatment the past few years, and additional research can lead to more success in the future.
