It is with tremendous sorrow that we announce the passing of Simon "Scott" Birchfield on December 20, 2024. Known as Scott to some, he was born on September 5, 1965, and preferred to be addressed as Scott.

Simon was a loving, funny, man whose warmth and humor touched everyone around him. Always sneaking up behind you trying to scare you. His love for his family was evident in everything he did, and it is this …

We're planning a celebration of life where he will be laid to rest in Tennessee . I'll add more details as soon as we lock down a date. We will also try to have a small gathering for the family in Florida, who cannot make it to Tennessee.
