Silvia Renate Katarina Patrick, of Albany, Oregon passed away July 14th, 2024, peacefully into heaven with her loving family at her side.

Silvia was born and raised in Trier, Germany to parents Anne Uhl and Fernando Bovo and raised by stepfather Kurt Thomas. She graduated from both St Martins catholic school and the local trade school becoming a Seamstress in Trier, Germany.

Silvia met the love of her life, Melvin (Ray)G. Patrick, a U.S. military Air Force policeman stationed in Trier, at a local pizza cafe they both frequented, often. They spent many wonderful times traveling through Europe and were eventually married in Trier, Germany. Mel and Silvia enjoyed 59 years together.

After Mel’s term in service, they moved to California USA for schooling. Then they returned to Mel’s hometown of Baker, Oregon. And eventually moved and settled in Albany, Oregon raising their family along the way.

She loved her family with all her heart and enjoyed spending time with her dear best friends. She touched many lives along her life's journey. As a young lady she became a nurse assistant in Trier and later at St Elizabeth hospital in Baker. She also attended LBCC in Albany graduating as a C.N.A where she worked in Linn County for a number of years as a home care nurse until she retired.

Silvia is survived by her husband, Melvin Patrick; her children, Martina A. Jensen (Darren-spouse), & Raymond Patrick; her sister Ute Von Breiten Landenberg and family Rudiger, Marco & Christine Von Breiten Landenberg; Also, her half-brother Alfred Bovo, and her dear sister-in-law Jean and extended family members.

Silvia was predeceased by her parents, her son Kurt T. Patrick and eldest half-brother Vittorio Bovo
