Sibyl Packer (Grammy) 90, of Weston, Florida, passed away on November 18, 2022 after a long battle with Cancer.
Sibyl was born on August 10th, 1932, to Jacob & Rena Moskowitz in Buffalo, N.Y. Sibyl studied music with a Major in Piano at The State University of New York at Fredonia Teachers College. Sibyl met Sumner Packer in Boston, Massachusetts, and they wed in 1957 (65 years), and had four children, Howard Packer (Vivian), Rachel …
