My deepest condolences to the family of a very decent and good man.

Even in the turmoil of running a small business at the very busy Rio/Washingtonian Center, Mr. Sotudeh easily stood out as an honest and responsible gentleman, displaying a distinguished style of old world class and genuine concern for others.

Sia's kindness and ample experience were always evident, as well as his strong determination. I consider myself lucky to have had the pleasure of meeting him and having his support and intelligent advice.
