Shirley Ann Parker Witwer, 93, met her Maker on the evening of October 13, 2025. She was a resident of Wesley Ridge in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy C. and Helen M. Cavanaugh Parker, her brother, Robert R. Parker, and her loving husband whom she married on May 23, 1951, John Bruce Witwer, Sr. She also lost her beloved nephew and niece, Glenn and Jodi Mauger.
