Shirley Thompson, 74, of Garden City, MI, passed away on May 14, 2022, after a brief illness. Shirley was born on October 18, 1947, to J.D. and Willella Osborn in Boley Oklahoma. She was one of the nine children in this loving family, she was educated in the Oaklahoma school system. Shirley spent her career working for  General Motors for over 30 years until her retirement.

  In her memory, she leaves to cherish a loving daughter Candyce Thompson of Inkster, and two Grandchildren Pierre and Drewelle Thompson of Inkster. Four Sisters: Joanna Farris, Ruthie King, Dorothy Winston, and Jewell Jackson. Two Brothers: J.D. Osborn Jr.and Eugene Osborn of Oklahoma, Texas, and California. A host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
