Mrs. Shirley Ann (Coleman) Taylor, was born January 19, 1956 in Kansas City. She was one of many siblings in her family born to her father Richard Edward and Lillith Ann. She was united in holy matrimony to her soul mate and best friend, Joseph Lee Taylor, SR. of Smithland, KY. Together they shared two children, a son, Joseph Lee Taylor, Jr. of Kevil, KY and daughter, Charlotte Ann Taylor of Evansville, IN. She was a grandmother and a great grandmother to many grandchildren. During her life she celebrated many accomplishments. She attended college, she maintained an active role and volunteered in her children's schools and organizations, she was a mentor to numerous other children, she attended St. Francis De Sals Catholic Church in Paducah, KY, and she always made her family a priority. Her pleasant personality and generous spirit was as beautiful as the roses and flowers she loved to grow. Her influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew her. On October 13, 2019, she peacefully departed from this life and began her Heavenly journey home. She was preceded in death by her mother and her father. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished and celebrated by all who knew her.
