Shirley L Hake, age 76 of Jacksonville Beach, Florida (formerly Windsor, Pennsylvania) passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 9, 2025.
Born on September 27, 1948, Shirley was the only child of Kenneth & Buelah (Fauth) Crumbling of East Prospect, Pennsylvania.
