Sheryl A. Veeneman, 46, passed away on February 24, 2025, in Zephyrhills, Florida. She was born on June 4, 1978, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Sheryl had a huge heart and was deeply devoted to her family and friends. She cherished time spent with loved ones and found great joy in being surrounded by those she cared about. Her son, Hunter, was the light of her life, and she held a special place in her heart for her nieces and nephews. She was known for her fierce protectiveness of those she loved and was always there to offer support, a listening ear, or one of her famously comforting hugs.

She is survived by her parents, Jim and Esther Veeneman; her son, Hunter; her sisters, Cathy Schweitzer and Beth (Chris) Walker; her nephews Anthony, Joey, and Nick; her nieces Kate and Allison; as well as a great-niece and great-nephews. Uncle and Aunt Ron and Alta Veeneman, Aunt Evelyn (Tony) Sorg, and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Ray and Marian Veeneman and Dorothy Kipp, as well as her aunt Elaine Alber.

Sheryl’s warmth and kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those who loved her.
