It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Sherry Niemann on August 21, 2023. Born on October 15, 1945, Sherry lived a vibrant, joy-filled life, characterized by her playful, loving, and ebullient personality. She was a beacon of unconditional love, selflessness, and a testament to the joy that comes from choosing to never grow up!

Sherry's professional life was marked by an impressive 50-year tenure as a flight attendant for United Airlines, a job she carried out with great dedication and enthusiasm. Her commitment to service was recognized in 1981 with United’s Flight Attendant of the Year Award. Beyond her career, some of her proudest achievements include her substantial collection of singing stuffed animals, hats, and blinking jewelry. Being the fun and quirky person she was, these treasures brought countless smiles to anyone who got to play with them (including hundreds of United passengers throughout the years).

Yet, perhaps the most remarkable part of her legacy was her unwavering love for the Lord, which shone through in her lifelong, relentless service to others. It is this spirit of kindness and compassion that she leaves behind in the hearts of all who knew her.

Sherry is survived by her beloved son and daughter Casey and Jaimi Kercher, sisters Carole Massey and Linda Tarman, and numerous nieces, nephews, and their families. She will be deeply missed by her family, her friends, and all who were blessed to know her.

A Celebration of Life for Sherry will be held on December 2, 2023, at 1:30 PM at Three Trees Chapel. This will be an occasion to remember and celebrate Sherry's remarkable journey and how she touched the lives of so many people. Please RSVP at https://www.paperlesspost.com….

As we bid our final farewell to Sherry, we know that her spirit continues to live on. She will forever be remembered for her laughter, her love, and her commitment to bringing joy to the lives of others.
