Sherry had a way of brining people into a space of joy! She used to have a karaoke machine and she would get everyone singing! She also had so many silly noisy toys. The kids loved rummaging through her bags and boxes she brought home from China. Even when things felt heavy, she would find ways of brightening.
She never minded people making fun of her, she had so many outlandish stories about daily things gone wrong.
She was very gullible and always believed that people would be their best selves. She never held it against people when they took advantage or let her down. She was the queen of 20 chances. She also always had sugar cereal at her house.
You had to be careful what you ate out of her refrigerator because so many things had expired.
I miss you Sherry. All of your crazy love. Over and above.

Sherry always brought joy and complication to every event. If we went to the pool she brought enough pool noodles for an army of children, diving toys, 10 different kind of floating toys and possibly glowing teeth. We looked like a circus walking from her house to the pool, and she would always invite anyone at the pool to play with the toys she brought. She was always inclusive and loved everyone with wild abandon! I miss you Sherry!

Sherry was one of those people with a rare ability to shine from within. She was one of the kindest, warm, and giving women I’ve ever met. She will be sorely missed.

Flying with Shari was always a fun adventure. She talked me into buying stuff I did not need. She loved finding new places to go. It was a blessing to have her friendship.

My first memory of Sherry, is being welcomed into her house, given a top hat covered in sparkles and listening to her rendition of You Shook Me All Night Long!! AC/DC couldn't have done it better. Love you Sherry!

Sherry made every one of us feel so seen and loved as kids. She made everything fun because she was full of life and joy! I have fond memories of “Sweet Violets” and singing along in the car with her. Such a gift to be loved by your sweet mama. I’m so sorry for your loss, friend.
