Thank you so much for visiting this page to celebrate and remember "Grandma Sherry" with us.

In 2022 Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Dementia, it has been a hard road for her and has been difficult to see Grandma deal with this. No matter how hard it was, she always seemed to find a way to let us know that she loved us and still made us smile. Weather it was a touch, holding hands, a funny look about a belly button ring or a silly grin from watching a DQ commercial, we knew she was happy we were there with her and we are thankful we had that time with her. We will always hold Grandma so close to our hearts, we will miss her tremendously and think of her always.

It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Sherry Lenae Smith, on November 6, 2024. Cherished by her family and community, she preferred to simply be called Grandma but was also lovingly known as Grandma Sherry.
