Sherry Juanez Headrick

June 8, 1954 – September 15, 2025

Sherry Juanez Headrick of Weatherford, Texas, passed away on September 15, 2025, at the age of 71. Born on June 8, 1954, she spent most of her life in Weatherford  and surrounded by family and friends who loved her dearly.

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, Wiley Headrick and Leona Stogdill, and by her siblings Paul Wayne, Paula Kay, and Lonnie Darrell Headrick. She is survived by her siblings Wiley “Boots” Headrick, Aaron “Butch” Headrick, Lori Masters, and Pamela Ann Preston, who will carry forward her memory with love.

She was the devoted mother of two sons, Tommy Joe Hunt and Coty Ray Hunt, and the proud grandmother of William, Madeline, Chelsea, Korbin, and Devin. Recently, she was overjoyed to welcome her very first great-grandchild, Grayson Ray, who brought her heart such happiness in her final days.

Those who knew Sherry will remember her for her strength, her deep love for her family, and her generous, caring spirit. She lived with humor, resilience, and a quiet faith that carried her through both joys and struggles. Her legacy is one of perseverance — and she will be dearly missed by all who had the blessing of knowing her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 708 Hilltop Drive in Weatherford, beginning at 3:30 p.m. Family and friends are warmly invited to gather, share memories, and celebrate Sherry’s life.
