I'll forever remember your free spirit Shel. I just heard this news, like many I've drifted away from all social media and had not kept up with all you faced. My memories of us getting dinner and hitting clubs together and you feeding me at Chapter 11 will live with me forever. Our trips to horse-shoe lake and cold beers will always be.....Goodbye Dear Friend. May God bring us together again.

Shelley, you were a Shelley of many trades, and had a lot of experience with different jobs and hobbies. I will miss you sharing your knowledge on different subjects. If I ever do another vision board you will definitely be guiding it. Going to see concerts will not be the same without you. You raised two wonderful children who love you very much. I got to meet your wonderful family, even if it was for a sad occasion.

Best friends from the day we met, No matter what we were into, we always ended up laughing! Shelly was my calm, I am the hyper one! I was with her for the births of her children, she was with me for my divorce ! We drove to my house to pick up some belongings, Shelly was in charge!! We completed the mission, driving back to Gilbert the air conditioner stopped working in my car, windows down, hotter than hell. Shelly’s favorite beige hat she always wore blew out the window!! We just kept going and all we did was laugh!!
I have so many memories of fun, happy, sad times but we were always there for each other and we always ended up laughing! Shelley loved her children and niece and nephew to no bounds! She would protect her family with all the energy she had!! She was close to her parents and loved her sister Dawn with all her heart ❤️ Shelley was my closest life long friend! I love you 😘 will never forget one of our stories!! Be at peace my friend! Congrats on the job you did raising your kids, they are smart, independent, and hardworking just like you!! You are a part of my heart and soul forever! I love you Shelley Dobney!!

I’ve been a friend of Presleys since we were just awkward kids in junior high. Over that time, I have been blessed to be around her amazing family, including her loving mother Shelley. I’ll never forget the time we got dropped off at her esthetician school to get facials. It was the first time I’d ever had one, and her hands were the kindest, and gentlest they could’ve been. I’m thinking deeply about all of her loved ones that are grieving the loss of her enormous light she shone on this world, especially through her two children, Presley and Cameron.
