Sheila's son, Derek, was born with cerebral palsy. The Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation allows interested parties to not only give donations, but to get involved and discover research. Sheila lived with epilepsy and the Epilepsy Foundation helps to promote education, advocacy, and research.
