I wanted to provide for Sheila's family my condolence.  We worked many FEMA disasters in the past and Sheila was always first in providing empathy and understanding the needs, working endless hours to help others, and caring so much and with so much passion.  She was always there to help, never seeming to be overwhelmed and always calming when needed so much.   The future over so many she helped is better because she understood how to help people and see they where they were and giving them reassurance it was going to be better.  Sheila was so much a light for others and will be remembered always.
