Shawn's obituary
It is with great sorrow that we share the news of the passing of Shawn Wallwork, who left us on August 6, 2025 at 10:04 p.m. Born on June 3, 1976, Shawn lived a vibrant, full life and will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Trish Wallwork, Father- Barry Wallwork, Lynna MacLeod (Randy), His 5 Children in order of birth, Jaccob Wallwork (Stevie) Alexus Wallwork, Skye Miller, Cobe Wallwork, Nathan Wallwork. Shawn leaves behind 6 living grandchildren, Landen, James, Titus, Mia, Ashton and Mazikeen. Several other relatives across the state. Shawn was predeceased by his Mother Lori Wallwork and Granddaughter Cylee Baesman.
Shawn's closest friends and Support System over the years have consisted of the following people, Justin Jordan, Brady Baughman, Aviance Webb, Jon Fischer, Allen Belton, Jesse Lefors, Jacob Beck and Micheal Williams
Shawn was a man who relished the simple pleasures in life. His favorite dishes ranged from a succulent steak to the homely comfort of spaghetti. Any meal was incomplete without his beloved Pepsi or Mountain Dew on the side.
Music was a profound source of joy for Shawn, with Eazy-E, Kevin Gates, and 2 PAC consistently being his top choices. He was an avid viewer of the TV show 'Naked and Afraid', and enjoyed cinematic masterpieces like 'The Silence of the Lambs', 'Training Day', and 'American Gangster'.
Shawn had an undeniable passion for Football and Basketball, his allegiance forever being with the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Lakers. His competitive streak shone brightly during games of Uno or Scrabble. Shawn found solace in working on his truck, a testament to his industrious nature.
His preferred form of exercise was lifting weights when he could. His favorite vacation spots were Las Vegas, Nevada and Anaheim, California, places where he vacationed with his wife.
Shawn was a compassionate individual who lent his support to causes dear to him, particularly the Fight against Mesothelioma as his Mother predeceases him from losing her battle against Mesothelioma. He was drawn to vibrant hues, with blue being his favorite color. His personality was magnetic and full of life. He loved a good adrenaline rush, was charismatic, smart, and possessed an undeniable gift of gab.
In his passing, we remember Shawn for who he was - an intelligent man who embraced life with an unfiltered zeal. His physical presence will be missed, but his spirit remains unextinguished, living on in the hearts of those who loved him.
A Private Memorial will be held on September 7th, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
