Shawn Edward Garwood, of Pikeville, TN, age 20, passed away on August 30, 2021. Born to father Edward Billingsley and mother Reena Garwood. He is survived by his parents Edward and Reena, his sisters Felicia Harris and Kaylana Garwood, his grandmother Elizabeth Billingsley.
