Sharon Kirby Hedden, beloved wife, mother, and long time resident of Ladonia, Texas, passed away on January 11, 2024 at Jack and Jane Hamilton, Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Dallas.  Sharon was born on November 6, 1959 in Stuart, Florida.

Sharon was predeceased in death by her father, Douglas Arthur Kirby, Sr. and her mother, Marion Louise Tucker Kirby, both life time residents of Stuart, Florida.

In 1978, Sharon wed James Ambrose Hedden.  The couple was blessed with two children, which also survive her, a son, Joshua James Hedden of Gilroy, California, and a daughter, Amber Rose Hedden Miller of Cooper, Texas.  She is also survived by grandchildren, Jonathon James Hedden, Riley Patrick Hedden, Abbey Rose Hedden, Trenton Jake Carter Miller and Jase Ryan Miller, both of Cooper, Texas and brother Douglas Arthur Kirby, Jr.  of Key West, Florida. 

Sharon graduated high school from Martin County High School, in Stuart, Florida, in 1977.   Sharon dedicated many years of service with General Motors before her retirement in 2023.  

Sharon Kirby Hedden's life was marked by her smile and laughter and the love for her family.  She was Mimi to many,  children and adult alike.  She loved living in the country surrounded by her animals, and wide open spaces.  She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
