Sharon D. Carter was born in Washington, DC on June 4, 1951. She departed this life on May 09, 2024, peacefully at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland. “Goldie” as she was affectionately called by family and friends will now be joined with her daughter Donique T. Carter, father Sherman I. Carter, mother, Geraldine T. Jones (Bender), and her brother, Mychal J. Turner into eternal rest.
