TX, Daughter Caryl Ann Biltz, Claremore, OK. & Brother Hugh Byron Lewis and wife (Carol), St. Augustine, FL; Grandchildren: Mary Elizabeth Combs and Husband (Paul), Claremore, OK, Savanna Rose Baker, Wakarusa, IN, Amber Michelle Garrett, Wabash, IN, Justin David Biltz, Rochester, IN, Nephews, Gavin Lewis and (Jenny) Palagka, FL, Adam Lewis, and wife, (Cindi), Edwards, CO, along with many great grandchildren, cousins, and friends.
