Shantal's obituary
Shantal was born on September 13, 1977 in Brooklyn, NY to Marcia Lee, and Guillermo Willis. Shantal received various certifications in the medical field, along with numerous other certifications, and licenses in business affairs.
Shantal had a passion for the arts, which included, photography, music, and dancing. Her free spirit and love of life was admired and adorned not only by friends and family, but everyone who she met. She was known for her compassionate nature, her infectious laugh, and her willingness to always remain positive and have faith in God.
She always maintained that she was “high on life” and lived everyday as such. She was an incredible mom who not only stressed the importance of family, but was the epitome of the strongest woman in all things. She always had a plan and a way to execute it, and if it failed always had a plan b.
Shantal was a giver, she gave advice, love, and happiness to those who knew her, and even to those who didn’t. She was a real humanitarian, always offering aid to those who needed it and loved helping people.
Her love for God was the most commended and appraised. She loved to fellowship, and to celebrate High Holy days.
Shantal was preceded in death by her mother, Marcia and her father Guillermo. She is survived by her 3 children, Danisya, Kenneth Jr. and Amyah.
