Shannon Remmell Setzer of Montgomery, AL passed suddenly on Feb. 28th 2021. She is survived by her Daughter (Chloe Setzer), Mother (Cynthia Hill), Father (Donald Remmell), Brother (Jim Hill, two nieces, one nephew), Sister (Tara Remmell Webb, two nieces, one nephew ), Brother (Blaine Remmell) and more friends, "family," loved ones, admirers, acquaintances and kindred spirits to count.

Shannon was firstly a lover of music. No matter what situation you were in she always had a song for you. She was reliable, dependable and always had something to say. Her life had many hardships but that never stopped her from being an outspoken advocate for children, animals, and most importantly the people that were close to her. She loved her "MAMA" family, her "rainbow" family and her "DMB" family like they were her own. She was also a known crafter, always good for a gift in a pinch and never left a room without a little bit of "sparkle." She would not want us to grieve but to rejoice that she is reunited with her beloved son Fisher Setzer, Grandmother Dotis Robinson, Grandfather Lawrence Carmichael Williams, and Aunt Avis Brannon Gunter and all of the four legged squirrelly friends that she loved and cared for so much. Genuine, Kind, Funny, Generous and Wise beyond a thousand years, she will be truly and wholeheartedly missed.
