It is with deep sadness to announce the passing of Shannon Fitz Patrick on March 8, 2024. Born on January 23, 1950, Shannon illuminated the lives of many with her radiant personality and unfaltering zest for life.

Shannon was best known for her independence, strength, humor, warmth, and love. Ever passionate and positive, her kind, thoughtful, upbeat, and generous nature left an indelible mark on everyone who was fortunate enough to know her. She had an exceptional ability to make people feel loved and cherished.

Shannon's accomplishments were as varied as they were significant. She was a successful entrepreneur, having started her own company, and a devoted mother to her daughter, Callan Fitzpatrick Lanza. Her joy for exploring new cultures and places was reflected in her extensive travels around the world. The deep bonds of friendship she fostered throughout her life are a testament to her remarkable ability to connect with others.

A woman of her caliber leaves behind a legacy of loud laughter, love, and kindness. In Shannon, we lost not just an extraordinary individual, but a beacon of positivity and compassion. Her radiant spirit will forever remain alive in the hearts of all those she touched.

She is survived by her daughter, Callan Fitzpatrick Lanza, and her grand babies, Perrin, Nash, and Van Lanza, who will carry forward on her legacy. May the cherished memories of Shannon bring comfort to her family, friends, and loved ones during this challenging time.

And for all those wondering, she was not alone when she passed.  Her daughter was right by her side holding her.
