Shannon's cancer switched from hormone positive to triple negative: a rare, more aggressive form of breast cancer that doesn't get as much love, money and attention. This organization is leading the way in research to find more treatment options (and hopefully a cure) for this particular type of cancer to save more lives like Shannon's.
