Shane's obituary
Shane Darnell Williams, 58, passed away on April 24, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Born on November 18, 1966, in the same vibrant city he called home throughout his life, Shane’s journey was deeply rooted in family, nature, and music.
Shane was a devoted son to his mother, Iris Flores (Benn), and a proud father to his daughter Kaycee Williams (Robert) and sons Jacob Williams (Rachael) and Tyler Williams. His love extended warmly to his grandson Jackson Ramos, with whom he shared countless cherished moments. His unborn grandson Peter will grow up knowing all our memories of him. Shane also held close bonds with his sister Melissa and brother Ronnie. His family circle included nephews Zachary, Owen, and Brock, as well as nieces Hailey, Hannah, and Abigayle-all of whom brought him great joy.
A man of many passions, Shane found immense happiness in the simple pleasures of life. He loved rock hunting and spent countless hours exploring the outdoors in search of unique treasures. His fascination with rocks grew into a beloved collection that reflected his appreciation for nature’s beauty. Fishing trips and camping adventures were among his favorite pastimes—activities that allowed him to connect with the world around him and create lasting memories with those he loved.
Music was another cornerstone of Shane’s life. He enjoyed playing both the guitar and harmonica. Whether strumming a tune by the campfire or sharing songs at home, Shane’s music brought comfort and joy to those around him.
Above all else, Shane was known for being family-oriented—a man whose heart was firmly anchored in the well-being and happiness of those he cared about. His legacy is one of love, laughter, and always being there to lend a hand where he could.
May his memory bring comfort to all who knew him.
