I have memories of Shaina as a young girl and as a young woman.  I was very happy  to be at the naming of her baby, Robbie.  She will always be remembered and missed.
Shaina was a dear, sweet lovely woman, who befriended my daughter, Courtney, and the two shared sisterly love to the fullest. I will always remember them. May her husband and her child live a fulfilled life in remembrance of Shaina.
Peet's Coffee would like to express our deepest condolences for your loss and also our appreciation for having the opportunity to have Shaina on the Peet’s team. Shaina is missed by many employees with whom she worked with at Peet’s.

Shaina was our student at Washington Manor Middle School. Such a sweet, positive person! She was kind to everyone! We are devasted! Deep condolences to her family...

Shaina was a beacon of light extinguished much too soon. That smile-that beautiful and blissful smile, was so radiant and warm with every encounter! (still so vivid in our minds). This is how we will always remember her. Shaina was one of the sweetest and kindest persons you'd every want to meet. Our hearts are so heavy for this unimaginable loss. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Shaina's entire loving family. We send our love and prayers to you all.
So much Love, Febra, JP and Rachel Popoff
Shaina,

I only knew you for a short time. Thank you for always watching over Levi and making sure he was safe an Bnai Shalom. It’s people like you who helped the growth and development of our little babies and I am ever grateful for the love and compassion you showed Levi. From your family at Bnai Shalom I can see how missed you will be and the love so many had for you.
Shaina I am grateful to have known you and your radiant personality. The last time we saw each other you told us you were pregnant and we stood in a parking lot as it started to sprinkle and just talked. We went to the same temple, we went to the same schools, I worked with your Mom in the district, but we got to know one another as adults by a mutual friend who we knew through none of those circles! Life’s funny that way and I’m glad that our paths crossed again. My thoughts are with your family.
Shaina was one of my very first friends when I switched to public school in 7th grade. Her beautiful smile, incredible kindness, and contagious laugh are how I will always remember her. At a time when everything felt hard and unfair, Shaina really made me feel welcome. Years later, after having lost touch I ran into Shaina working at the Peets near my new office. The interaction really made my day, and I looked forward to my weekly coffee breaks where I could say hi and catch up with her just a little. Sending all my love to those who were touched by Shaina's light.
I knew Shaina for just a short time, but could see the radiance in the light of her presence. May her memory be for blessing!
Every April, my husband David and I and our group of Chico Lindy Kids hang with Shaina, and sometimes Zack too, in San Luis Obispo for the Cal Poly Lindy Exchange. Some of us have been going for 7+ years. It's a time of exhausting bliss, staying up too late, getting up too early and fun filled days. Shaina has been our main carpool buddy the past few years. Good driving and gas mileage ;) I always remember Shaina's sheer joy at seeing everyone every year and her unstoppable need for coffee in the mornings. We'd get ready together, reveling in the excuse to dress up with glittery eyeshadow and bows. We always meet up during the dances to compare notes on who is the most fun to dance with and whether or not the photo booth is available or just to get water and talk about how staying out that late gets harder every year ;P. We also skipped out on the Lindy Games one year to visit Hearst Castle with our other Megan. We had a great time posing with the statues and wishing we could have a pool party in the indoor pool. Every year is unique and wonderful no matter what and it will forever be a special tradition to our group. <3
Beautiful Shaina, you always were the most kind, bubbly, beautiful being who’s incredible energy touched so many & always brightened my day. Your energy lives on, this world Is a better place having been blessed with your presence. Zach & family, my condolences to you, sending you vibes of strength & love during this time. - Monica
Shaina, where to begin. You know that your Mom and I have been BFF's over sixty years.
She brought you out to Las Vegas for a visit when you were just a little girl. We took you to the Ethel M cactus gardens and you found so beauty , that I Bruce and I had overlooked. Your enthusiasm , your smile, and your love was so contagious, that we couldn't help but to fall under your spell.
I remember we bought you a stuffed animal from the gift shop, and one would have thought we bought you the moon! You were so appreciative and over joyed.
Now I have added Scooby -Doo for you as an adult, which I know you will pass on to Robbie.
Shaina, Bruce and I are better people for having met you! We love you so dearly. xoxoxox

I don’t remember the exact moment when I first met Shaina, but I do remember she had a propensity for eating lots of sugar and being hyper. It took a while to realize that it wasn’t the sugar, it was just her and her personality. :)
We met Shaina at CBS where she was teaching. All of the Eliaser's send Shaina and her beloved family much love and blessings.
❤️🌻Shaina continues to inspire me with her strength and grace. She now gets transfusions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On the off days she sleeps in, and rests, focusing her attention on Zach and Robbie.

She is very tired and much of the time uncomfortable and in pain. You can see it in her eyes. At the same time you can see her love. Her love for life....her family....her friends and Robbie and Zach always front and center.

She loves life down to the core and she is doing everything she can to stay alive a little longer.... to see another milestone in Robbie’s childhood, to be kissed and whispered to sweetly by Zach ....to laugh at a remembered story with a friend...to reassure each one of us she is doing ok.

Shaina is a beautiful woman inside and out and as I watch her face each day and her prognosis, I am reminded how lucky I am..... how lucky my son and grandson are.... how lucky we all are to love her and be loved by her. ❤️🌻
My thoughts are with you and your family, my dear friend! 💕
Shaina, Zach, Fran and Baby Robbie,
We are sending you our love and support. Shaina, you are the sweetest person and so many people love you.
Sending love and support to Shaina, Zach, Robbie, and the entire family. Patrick and I love you all! Shaina is amazing for her beaming positivity and she shines pure love. The world needs more people like Shaina! I treasure your friendship and am grateful for you.
My heart is completely breaking for you Shaina. You are one of the nicest and most loving people I have ever met. So incredible with kids and adults. My favorite memory was when y oujoined our family for Chanukah and we had fun at the party, but when everyone left we had our own after party and some much needed girl fun. My other favorite memory was when you came to my 40th birthday as that was the day you told me you were going to be a mom. The smile on your face and excitement you had was the best present ever. You are an incredible mom to Robbie, but also take care of and touche the lives of tons of kids. Even after you found out you were pregnant you were still going to teach Kinder religious school as you couldn't let the kids down waiting to have you. Hannah and Joshua are so lucky to have had the best teacher ever and I am so lucky to have an incredible friend.
Shaina - I will always remember your bubbly personality and overall love of life. While we hadn’t gotten to reconnect in a while, I remember you always being present, truly happy and a bright spot in my day. I will miss you.
Shaina my heart breaks. I remember hanging out with you during lunch and breaks in high school. You always brightened my day and had a smile on your face. You were one that I could count on to help keep my spirits up. I know that we have not been able to reconnect since then but I pray for you and your family. You will always be missed.
Our sophomore year of high school we read Night by Elie Wiesel in Ms. Lacocques English class. She presented the opportunity for us to put on an art show about the book in honor of those that were lost in the Holocaust and asked if there was anyone that wanted to plan it. Shaina and I, with the help from Ms. Lacocque put on that event and I was so glad to get to know Shaina much more through the time of doing that together.

The world is definitely less bright and kind without Shaina in it. Many prayers and condolences for the family.
