I am from Verona, Virginia and I would like to offer my sympathy and prayers for the loss of your husband/dad. What he was doing was a very heroic humane job. I know you will miss him and grieve for him but you can also be proud of him. My prayers will be with you each day especially as the holidays start arriving. I never knew him but am proud of him anyway. I have a rescue dog who has now been trained as a therapy dog. Her name is Sophie and she will love you to pieces.
