I'm so deeply saddened to hear of Seuk's passing. He was such a kind and wonderful person, always friendly with a sweet smile on his face. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. He will be truly missed.
Seuk and I connected on several PnP missions. He did incredible things for the dogs (and cats)… and truly inspired us humans to do something more. His efforts are, and will be forever remembered.
I remember the day that there were all kinds of flight issues, and Seuk refused to give up...he rented an SUV and drove to NJ with a vehicle full of pups.  I met up with him and as we were trying to walk and water all of them, one little stinker slipped his collar and took off.  If you could have seen the two of us running over acres of soaking wet, overgrown grass trying to catch this poor frightened pup...finally bribed him with some goldfish crackers. Thankfully the pups were all safe and delivered to their appropriate rescues, but poor Seuk had to drive back to VA with his shoes completely saturated. Amazingly,  as wet and exhausted as he was, he never uttered a single word of complaint.  The rescue world...actually, the whole world...has lost a true angel.  As the saying goes, only the good... and you, my friend, were the best of the best!!! 💔🐾💔

Condolences to the family in such a tragic time. I never met Seuk in person but conversed on social media, shared ideas and posts with him as did many others. He was clearly dedicated to his family and helping others with unselfish acts of kindness. Blue Skies.
Seuk was so kind and generous with students of aviation, including my son. He donated him a headset when he needed one. He was an incredible roll model. Much love to his family and loved ones. He will be greatly missed.

I don’t know how our little rescue village is going to go on without you, Seuk 💔😓 your light shined bright wherever you went. You were always so happy and your smile was infectious. You brought calm to all the animals you transported for us. You were probably the only (actually, yes the only) pilot who could get cats out of their crates and love on them and take selfies with them. Never had a bite, a scratch or an escapee 😅 which surprised us all haha! You had a way with them.

I’ll never forget you and I vow to continue this mission in your honor. Every animal we save from here on out will be to honor you and your dedication to saving animals. You were one of a kind, my Friend. We are going to miss you so much 💔

Thank you for bringing our pu…

Thank you for bringing our pup to us here in Virginia. She is everything our family could have asked for. Sweeter than candy and has the patience of a saint with our 4yo daughter. Sorry she threw up in your plane... Rest well. You won't be forgotten.
My sincerest condolences. Seuk was a good friend who knew nothing other than benevolence and compassion. His passing is a great loss to the entire community, and he will be missed dearly.

My last interaction with Seuk was probably the most pure form of myself; negotiating a sick deal on some airsoft products.

Seuk is a monument of humanity, and it sucks so much to see him gone so soon. I only wish I could've hung out with him more to hear more about his life, from his old shenanigans to his recent grand adventures. My heart goes out to the Kim family.

Seuk Kim was and has been a real hero in our lifetime — his mission and the life he chose to live reached this future aviator on the West Coast after she rescued her fur baby from Texas with a long drive home to the PNW.

My heart is hurting so much right now; Mr. Kim you're truly the reason I'm aiming to get my ratings and help volunteer for Pilots N Paws in the near future. You're freaking amazing man and losing you doesn't feel real... A couple days later and a long van ride from TX to OR in January 2022 with our new boy Alpine (a Rhodesian / red lab mix), your name popped up on my feed. You were flying a group of rescues to their new forever homes; your smile and theirs said it all, and from that moment on I knew you were going to be constantly inspiring me to keep pushing my ground training just by your posts I would see every week.

You’re still my inspiration and I promise you I’ll feel pushed to keep on grinding through this all in your honor. You’re a legend… and I wish you were still here.

Blue skies and tail winds friend.

Rest in Peace Mr. Kim.

Though I never met you in person, you and your feats were well known throughout the aviation world. I was hoping one day I would get the privilege but alas was not to be. I am inspired and will try my best to keep your good will going in this world. You may be gone but certainly not forgotten
I communicated over FB with Seuk and followed his missions with dogs.  I admired his energy and passion for flying.  Always a smile in his happy place,  in the sky and with rescue dogs.  I was hoping someday I would  meet him in person. See you someday. And to his family you all must be very proud.
I remember fueling his plane, during one of his missions to help with the hurricane relief. A very humble, and kind person. I always enjoyed my conversations with him; he will be truly missed. RIP, and may God watch over his family.
I only meet Seuk a few times but I will forever be thankful to him for his generosity during my flight training. My condolences to his family and friends.

I only talked to Seuk once on the phone, and followed all the kind trips he did - for the dogs & cats, as well as for the folks in NC.

I’m so very sorry for your loss, he’s going to be missed very much in the aviation community.

I flew a dog rescue mission with Seuk in my plane two years ago to NC and back to Manassas. He was such a wonderful and kind man and I admired his dedication to rescuing animals and his passion for flying. He will be missed terribly 😢
He left this life doing God's work, his memory  will live on with you all and those precious animals he saved. May your family find comfort and the good Lord watch over all of you, we are truly sorry for your loss.

I did not know him, but I know he was a good mad. I picked up one of the rescue dogs from him yesterday. I am so sorry for your loss and I know that no words can fill the void left by this amazing man.
