Sergey Omelayenko, 40, of Tampa, FL passed away peacefully on July 23, 2025. Serge was born and grew up in Kharkiv, Ukraine, before moving to Gainesville, FL in 1999 with his family and finishing high school. He then moved to Tampa to attend USF in 2005 (inspired, he said, by the Tampa Bay Lightning's first Stanley Cup championship in 2004).
