Scotty Lee Rupe, 59 of Kingsport, passed away on Sunday, April 09, 2023 at Holston Valley Medical Center. He was a graduate of Science Hill High School. Scott worked at Ingles Markets for over 30 years. He loved to play golf and was an avid NASCAR fan.
Scott was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Jolene (Bennett) Rupe, and his beloved dog, Toto. Survivors include his daughter, Amanda Rupe; sister, Susan and …
