Scotty Lee Rupe, 59 of Kingsport, passed away on Sunday, April 09, 2023 at Holston Valley Medical Center. He was a graduate of Science Hill High School. Scott worked at Ingles Markets for over 30 years. He loved to play golf and was an avid NASCAR fan.

Scott was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Jolene (Bennett) Rupe, and his beloved dog, Toto. Survivors include his daughter, Amanda Rupe; sister, Susan and husband Martin Cash; brothers Steven Rupe and Jason Glover; and his grandson, Link Rupe Stainer; and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at Eastman Rec Cabins (Shelter 41) on May 06, 2023 from 12pm to 3pm.
