Scott Thomas Paulson, age 62 of Andover MN passed away unexpectedly and was found in his apartment by his son Kacee on June 11th, 2023. He was born on Tuesday September 6th, 1960 to Marge and Tom Paulson. He went on to be a proud submariner serving as a missile technician on the U.S.S. Andrew Jackson from 1978 to 1984.
